Inspired by the beautiful fairytale illustrations in our Nature Nurture exhibition join artist Tessa Asquith-Lamb at the City Art Centre for a day painting fairytale creatures using watercolours and ink. Starting from silhouettes of fairies and woodland animals we will make up our characters from observing flower petals and leaf forms inspired by illustrators of the Golden Age.
