Taking inspiration from works in the exhibition ’Shifting Vistas: 250 years of Scottish Landscape’ join artist Tessa Asquith-Lamb for a day of drawing and painting using rocks and minerals as a way into creating a landscape artwork. We will begin by drawing from rock forms and then work to build these drawings into a wider landscape image using acrylic paint, incised mark-making and texture inspired by St Ives School artists. Bring along a favourite rock, mineral or pebble if you would like to use this as inspiration. With Artist Tessa Asquith-Lamb.
