Using archive material which documents aspects of 1920s Edinburgh, we'll take a tour on a charabanc to look at life in the city. Along the way we'll explore how technology and transport was evolving, how this impacted on the day- to-day lives of Edinburghers; the fashions they followed, challenges they faced and how they sought fun in their leisure time. Jackie Sangster is a Learning Manager at Historic Environment Scotland who works with HES archival records, including Scran.ac.uk and Canmore.

FREE but booking is essential. While we hope to run this event in the City Art Centre, we may have to adapt to the situation at the time and the event may need to move to digital. Book via the link or by phoning the City Art Centre on 0131 529 3993.
