Join Braxton in this collective well-being experience - a workshops in the beautiful peaceful courtyard behind the Museum of Edinburgh, an oasis in Edinburgh's busy Royal Mile. Afterwards you can re-live your childhood by visiting our exhibition remembering the nature books you may have read as a child. Our exhibition explores how stories and nature come together in our childhood experiences and memories. In partnership with Braxton, we will present six separate/monthly workshops as part of the exhibition. The workshops will be mixed and explore various yogic, sounds and somatic practices, which will embrace: Meditation, Somatic, Yogic movement and dance, Organic soundscapes and both pranayama and transitional breathwork, all set in an enchanting natural space in the City.
We intend to use our peaceful courtyard but if the weather is inclement, we have an inside space at the museum. Please bring your own mat, blanket/cover, eye mask and water.
Booking is essential. Please book on link or by ringing reception on 0131 529 3993. Please note the location of this event is at Museum of Edinburgh.
